Technaf 200 MW Solar Park, also known as Teknaf Southern Solar Park, is a canceled solar photovoltaic power plant was to be situated in Teknaf Upazila in Cox’s Bazar District of Bangladesh (Location: 20.9917, 92.2208). It was to be sponsored by Southern Solar Power Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of SunEdison Incorporated, as a private Independent Power Producer (IPP) for 20 years from the date of commercial operation.
Capacity
According to the power purchase agreement (PPA), the proposed installed (gross) capacity of the power plant was 200 MW.
