Chandina 25 MW Gas Power Plant, also known as Summit Cumilla Power Plant, is a reciprocating engine power plant situated in Kutombpur, Madhaya, under Chandina Upazila in Cumilla District of Bangladesh (Location: 23.5050, 90.9130). It is operated by Summit Power Limited, a subsidiary of Summit Group, as a Small Independent Power Producer (SIPP) for 18 years. The sponsor declared the Commercial Operation Date (COD) of the first unit (11.01 MW) on 1 September 2003 and the second unit (13.94 MW) on 14 November 2006. As per schedule, the power plant was to retire latest on 14 November 2021 but Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) permitted the power plant to run until further notice.

The installed and net capacity of Chandina Gas Power Plant is 24.98 MW and 25 MW respectively.
